In this position, you will spearhead initiatives within the consumer sector, guiding a dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include managing prominent client portfolios both nationally and internationally, while developing and executing strategies aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and strategic procurement. This encompasses evaluating and refining procurement methodologies, optimizing cost frameworks, and applying industry-specific best practices. You will collaborate closely with distinguished clients, including global leaders in various sectors, demonstrating your entrepreneurial skills in project management and client engagement.
In-depth Client Engagement.
You will coordinate with a variety of external and internal stakeholders, working hand-in-hand with key representatives from our clients and BCG. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and negotiations alongside your team, presenting outcomes to clients effectively.
Tailored Professional Development.
Leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the internal knowledge enhancement within our Consumer practice area. Diverse and high-quality learning formats will support your continuous professional growth and broaden your personal perspectives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS.
A university degree with exceptional academic performance and 4-8 years of pertinent professional experience in industry and/or consulting, coupled with a strong interest in strategic and operational tasks.
Profound consulting expertise in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Fashion & Luxury, Travel & Tourism, and/or strategic procurement.
You possess valuable project management experience and have successfully led teams with enthusiasm. Furthermore, you excel in effectively managing and supporting clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of our Consumer projects. Your analytical and conceptual abilities have been demonstrated at a management level.
Confident demeanor in an international context, with business fluency in both German and English, and a willingness to adapt your professional mobility.
