Information Security Compliance Specialist

Position Overview
This role supports the Compliance and Information Security teams by conducting independent evaluations of internal controls, auditing, monitoring, and reviewing activities executed by the first line of defense, including third-party service providers in relation to information security domains.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure continuous compliance with information security standards by identifying risks or non-compliance issues against the established internal security baseline, industry standards, legal regulations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security audit and control plans for ODDO BHF's internal ecosystem and external partners, ensuring alignment with relevant security standards (ISO x, BSI, NIST, etc.).
- Establish and execute a monitoring and review plan for self-assessment processes based on risk evaluation.
- Assess the implementation of control objectives and security requirements by reviewing supporting evidence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance processes using agreed metrics and performance indicators to foster continuous improvement.
- Prepare compliance reports and document identified information security non-compliance issues.
- Engage with asset and process owners, as well as other stakeholders, to identify information security non-compliance related to third-party suppliers.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines pertinent to the Information Security Compliance and Audit functions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in Information Security Management Control System roles.
- Familiarity with information security standards such as ISO x, BSI, and NIST.
- Experience in planning and executing technical controls, as well as monitoring software and hardware security.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certifications in Information Security and IT Audit.
- Experience in similar roles within financial institutions.
- Knowledge of information security frameworks such as SWIFT, PCI DSS, SOX, and DORA.
- A strong commitment to accuracy and the ability to translate insights into a clear narrative while maintaining a focus on both details and the broader context.
