Information Security Management Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Management Team Lead to join our team at ODDO BHF. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Information Security program across the ODDO BHF Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Information Security strategies and policies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
- Provide expert advice to management on Information Security and Data Protection matters.
- Coordinate Information Security initiatives across the Group, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall Information Security strategy.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement Security Standards and assess Information Security risks.
- Develop and maintain risk reports and conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Design and implement metrics to measure and monitor Information Security performance.
- Evaluate IT Security technologies and develop Security Standards to ensure the security of our systems and data.
- Develop and implement Security Awareness programs to enhance the security culture within the organization.
- Manage and configure our Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in regulated industries, preferably in the financial sector, with a focus on Information Security.
- Knowledge of the ISO x-series and Security-relevant standards, certifications are a plus.
- Understanding of IRM-related interfaces and stakeholder management.
- Experience in quality assurance of various ISM aspects.
- Knowledge of Information Security-related topics, technologies, and legal requirements.
- 1-2 years of experience as an internal consultant or in project work.
- Desirable experience as a Team Lead.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, French language skills are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, precise and target-oriented communication.
- Presentational skills using PowerPoint and alternative media.
- Responsibility, structured and analytical working style, and team skills.
