We are a pioneering company in the CAD/CAM industry, developing software components that control and simulate CNC machines and robots. With a strong presence in the market, we are looking for a skilled Business Development Account Manager to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers in the Digital Dentistry sector, providing solutions that address their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a joint innovation cooperation roadmap, streamlining processes and technologies to drive business growth.
  • Report directly to company management, monitoring and reporting on sales activities, revenue growth, and forecasting.
  • Develop and execute short-term, mid-term, and long-term account strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Identify new prospects and expand our network through external events and partnerships.
  • Expand and develop market segments by evaluating market potential and identifying opportunities.
  • Regularly follow up with accounts to gather feedback on improvement areas and manage customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
  • A dynamic and open-minded individual with a strong team spirit.
  • The ability to work independently, carefully, and reliably.
  • An interest in software, manufacturing processes, and sales, project management, and customer communication.
  • Studies in economics, industrial engineering, or business informatics (at least in the 4th semester).
  • Good German and English language skills.
