Accounting Specialist

As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our subsidiary ledger. Your expertise will be instrumental in verifying, assigning, and posting incoming invoices, as well as initiating approval for payment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and assign incoming invoices to ensure accurate accounting
  • Initiate approval for payment transactions to maintain financial integrity
  • Continuously optimize and develop existing processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations to maintain regulatory adherence
  • Interface with accounting and specialist departments to facilitate seamless communication
  • Serve as a contact person for 2-4 companies within the Exyte Group, providing exceptional customer service
  • Participate in monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accurate reporting
  • Regularly exchange and report to your supervisor to maintain open communication
Requirements:
  • Completed training in accounting or a related field
  • Professional experience in accounts payable accounting
  • Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, high service orientation, and sense of responsibility
  • Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and motivation
  • Good knowledge of English, with additional languages an asset
  • High degree of flexibility, reliability, and commitment
