Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and post incoming invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Initiate invoice approval for payment transactions, maintaining a smooth financial workflow.
  • Continuously optimize and develop existing processes and procedures, driving efficiency and excellence.
  • Ensure proper accounting and compliance with VAT regulations, upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.
  • Interface with accounting and specialist departments, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Act as a contact person for 2-4 companies within the Exyte Group, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in monthly and annual financial statements, contributing to the company's financial reporting and analysis.
  • Regularly exchange and report to your supervisor, ensuring seamless communication and goal alignment.

Requirements

  • Completed training in accounting or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • Professional experience in accounts payable accounting, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, high service orientation, and a sense of responsibility, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and motivation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Good knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • High degree of flexibility, reliability, and commitment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
