Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a well-established client in Selters.
As an integral part of the operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of electrical systems within our client's facility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement shift schedules for maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to electricians across various shifts and areas.
- Plan and organize comprehensive maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant safety regulations and implement measures to enhance workplace safety.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate a strong team environment through effective communication, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed electrician training with further education as a master craftsman or state-certified technician specializing in electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in the maintenance of electrical systems within an industrial setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating initiative and conflict resolution skills.
