Electrotechnical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician (m/w/d) to join our team at Friedrich-Ebert-Ring 48. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

• Creation and implementation of shift plans
• Coordination and supervision of shift and area electricians
• Organization and planning of maintenance and repair activities
• Training and guidance of maintenance personnel
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations
• Identification and implementation of optimization measures
• Development of the team through knowledge transfer and active communication

• Completed training as an electrician with a focus on electrotechnics and a master's degree or equivalent
• Experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial setting
• First-hand experience in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving
• Enjoyment of independent, responsible work with a high degree of initiative and conflict resolution skills
