Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Commercial Pricing and Renegotiation division, managing both personnel and budgetary aspects
- Encourage interdepartmental collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Serve as a key link between Trading, Flight Operations, and Central Product Management to enhance operational efficiencies
- Formulate and execute pricing and negotiation strategies
- Supervise tourism planning for Sun & Beach locations
- Examine booking patterns and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement
- Engage in market briefings and contribute insights on product strategies
Candidate Profile
- Proactive and seasoned leader with robust decision-making and analytical capabilities
- Strong communication skills and resilience under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
- Organized and process-driven approach
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a corporate context is advantageous
