Project Management Support for Decentralized Energy Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to support our team in developing and executing complex customer projects within the field of decentralized energy systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in project management within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the establishment of standardized processes for project execution and management, ensuring efficiency and consistency across diverse customer projects.
  • Analyze and optimize interdisciplinary collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle, fostering seamless communication and workflow between various departments.
  • Provide comprehensive support to project teams working on international customer projects, assisting with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication.
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio management and cost controlling teams, contributing to process improvement initiatives and reporting activities.
  • Actively participate in both internal and external projects, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Gain practical experience in technical project execution by collaborating with customers and suppliers, understanding the intricacies of decentralized energy systems.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly organized and meticulous approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, VBA, and Pivot Tables is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated interest and willingness to learn about project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
