Opportunity for Aspiring IT Network Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the seamless functionality of our IT systems. This role will involve:

  • Serving as a primary contact for inquiries related to network operations.
  • Managing complex 2nd- and 3rd-level technical tasks.
  • Overseeing the Global Company Network, which includes WiFi access points, switches, and SD-WAN controllers.
  • Implementing and maintaining network security measures, including firewall management, Radius & NAC administration, and VPN setups.
  • Providing expert support in troubleshooting network incidents and challenges.
  • Handling ITIL-compliant incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • Supervising system maintenance and configuration processes.
  • Contributing to various project tasks and assignments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant IT education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with emerging IT technologies.
  • Understanding of network protocols and configurations.
  • Experience with LAN/WLAN environments and mobile technology.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
