Exciting Opportunity for Junior IT Network Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the seamless functioning of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary contact for network-related inquiries and will be responsible for managing various technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the operational integrity of IT systems on-site.
  • Address network-related queries effectively.
  • Manage and resolve 2nd- and 3rd-level technical issues.
  • Oversee the Global Company Network, including WiFi access points, switches, and SD-WAN controllers.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall support, Radius & NAC administration, and VPN configurations.
  • Provide expert assistance in troubleshooting network incidents and challenges.
  • Handle ITIL-compliant incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • Supervise system maintenance and configuration tasks.
  • Engage in project-related activities and assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant IT education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Familiarity with emerging IT technologies.
  • Understanding of network protocols and configurations.
  • Experience with LAN/WLAN environments and mobile devices.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
