Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating IT risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT risk management strategies to protect JobRad's assets and reputation
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and mitigate risks
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on IT security best practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure JobRad's IT systems remain secure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT risk management or a related field
- Proven track record of identifying and mitigating IT risks
- Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
