About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager in IT and InfoSec to join our growing team at Jedox. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering IT and Information Security projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT and InfoSec projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, aligning with Jedox's strategic objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements, leveraging industry best practices and standards.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met, and provide accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Communicate project objectives, status, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of audit methodologies, IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL).
  • Knowledge, experience, and preferably a certification in audit and IT governance, such as CISA, CIA, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control).
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure services, including computing, storage, networking, and security services.
  • Knowledge of Azure security best practices and the ability to implement security controls in an Azure environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess IT systems, identify vulnerabilities, and evaluate controls.
  • Project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee IT audit projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with audit tools and technologies used in IT audits, such as data analysis tools, network scanning tools, and audit management software.
