ESG Flo Sustainability Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team at ESG Flo. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients on their sustainability journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements with clients to identify their ESG reporting needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Conduct workshops and assist clients in their compliance journey towards CSRD, including writing CSRD reports.
  • Lead workshops, review survey results, and hold interviews to produce double materiality assessments and science-based targets.
  • Project manage data collection efforts for Scope 3 emissions calculations and deliver client-ready excel workbooks and presentations.
  • Create methodology documentation for internal and external audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting, corporate sustainability, professional services, or similar.
  • Experience in compliance report writing, including TCFD, CDP, GRI, and SASB.
  • Familiarity with EU Taxonomy and CSRD.
  • Experience in conducting Scope 3 emissions calculations, setting science-based targets, and conducting double materiality assessments.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with the software startup ecosystem.
