We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sustainability and Investor Relations Specialist, responsible for focusing on sustainability and investor relations reporting, contributing to building out our quantitative sustainability reporting, and analyzing and preparing focused studies on capital markets and competition for the management board.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing ESG ratings, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and owning projects and internal stakeholder management.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of work experience in professional services, such as consulting or investment banking
* Any university bachelor or master degree
* Strong MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge
* Very good language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
* Open to travel 1-2 times per quarter to our European locations
