Sales and Business Development Intern

4screen is a pioneering company that bridges the gap between drivers and their surrounding infrastructure by providing engaging in-car communication directly on the car screen. Our innovative driver interaction platform revolutionizes the way local businesses connect, interact, and engage with targeted customers in real-time.
We have developed a fully standardized interface for real-time location-based interaction, benefiting three key audiences: mobility providers, brands, and drivers. By seamlessly connecting vehicles with relevant points of interest, car manufacturers and mobility providers enhance the in-car experience while brands of all sizes enjoy the power of our location-based brand awareness, reaching customers on the move.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Sales and Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement strategic initiatives related to business development, sales, and marketing.
- Support outreach efforts to local and enterprise-size clients, developing new markets for our solution and defining focus companies and contact persons in new regions.
- Build and refine sales, marketing, and onboarding strategies for businesses, analyzing, managing, and optimizing workflow processes and data management to improve business procedures.
- Support daily challenges in a dynamic environment, providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Current enrollment in a BA or MA degree, ideally in the field of Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Economics, or a similar field.
- Availability for a 4-6 months internship, ideally as soon as possible.
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
- Previous internship or working student experience, ideally in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, or Marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Hands-On and Can-Do mindset, curiosity to learn.
