Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales associates, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
