**About the Position**

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented researcher to join our newly founded research group at the Universität Konstanz. The successful applicant will contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of swarm robotics and imitation learning.

**Research Focus**

Our research group focuses on the automatic design of control software for multi-robot systems. We use techniques from machine learning, evolutionary computation, and reinforcement learning to develop innovative solutions for complex robotics problems.

**Responsibilities**

* Conduct research in the field of large-scale mobile multi-robot systems and imitation learning
* Develop and implement novel algorithms for robotics and machine learning
* Collaborate with our team to publish research papers at top-level conferences and journals
* Supervise students who contribute to your work

**Requirements**

* Strong written and oral communication skills in English
* A scientific graduate degree (MSc or equivalent) in Computer Science or Robotics with excellent grades
* Experience in mobile robotics, machine learning, and mathematical modeling
* Strong motivation and determination
* Very good team skills
