Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Salesforce-Experten, der sich auf die technische Architektur von komplexen Commerce-Projekten spezialisiert hat. Als Architekt für Salesforce-Cloud-basierte IT-Lösungen wirst du Teil des wachstumsstarken Unternehmensbereichs für Salesforce-Dienstleistungen bei TECHOHANA.

Aufgaben:

  • Technische Beratung bei der Planung von komplexen Commerce-Projekten für E-Commerce- und Omnichannel-Szenarien
  • Konzeption und Realisierung integrierter Multi-Cloud-Architekturen
  • Analyse und Definition der Kundenanforderungen, Planung und Spezifikationen der Umsetzung sowie Steuerung des gesamten Implementierungsprozesses
  • Verständnis der individuellen Prozesse und Anforderungen unserer Kunden und Begleitung dieser während des gesamten Projektzyklus
  • Technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs in der Angebotserstellung (Berücksichtigung von IT-Trends, Architektur der Lösung und Aufwandschätzung)
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce-Kompetenzen durch Selbststudium mit Trailheads, Teilnahme an Produktschulungen und Abschluss weiterer Zertifizierungen

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung und Softwarearchitektur sowie Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Softwareprojekten
  • Begeisterung für agile Projektstrukturen sowie einen zeitgemäßen Technologien-Stack
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis der Salesforce-Integrationsmechanismen, Plattform-Technologien und Plattform-Limitierungen
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Projektsteuerung und im Umgang mit E-Commerce-Plattformen oder Unternehmenssoftware (bspw. ERP, PIM, WMS, OMS oder CMS)
  • Anwendungsfokussierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsmentalität sowie ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
