3D Graphics Research Internship

Your Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled students eager to contribute to innovative products at ZEISS. As part of a team comprising scientists and research engineers, you will engage in research initiatives focused on 3D computer graphics and visual computing. These projects or thesis topics may include areas such as 3D reconstruction utilizing neural radiance fields, differentiable rendering, simulation of 'digital twins', optics simulation, and physically based rendering.

Your Profile

  • You possess a keen interest in technology and are motivated to tackle complex challenges.
  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in computer science or a related field.
  • You have a solid foundation in computer science, complemented by strong coding abilities.
  • You have some experience in at least one of the aforementioned areas.
  • You are open to collaboration and working within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and/or German are essential.
  • You are eager to learn and explore with a high level of initiative and creativity.
