Your Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, administer, and monitor complex IT environments
- Provide technical support for M365 products and services
- Resolve technical issues and support requests in a timely manner
- Plan, install, and configure new IT systems and infrastructure

Your Required Qualifications:
- Completed education in an IT-related field, such as computer science or information technology
- Knowledge and experience with Windows Server and Client operating systems, Hyper-V, and Office applications (Microsoft 365)
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles
- Proficiency in both German and English languages
- Driver's license and ability to travel for work-related purposes
