Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop e-beam systems for semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Establish technical specifications for electron optical devices
- Perform simulations, modeling, and performance evaluations
- Evaluate new components and prototypes, aiding in product introductions
- Work closely with a diverse team of professionals
- Continuously improve the performance of our technologies
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Physics (Ph.D. preferred) or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with electron microscopy techniques (SEM/TEM)
- Experience in particle beam system development is a plus
- Knowledge of (ultra-)high vacuum and/or high-voltage systems
- Enthusiasm for tackling experimental and theoretical problems
- Proficiency in both German and English
