E-BEAM SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT PHYSICIST

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop e-beam systems for semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Establish technical specifications for electron optical devices
  • Perform simulations, modeling, and performance evaluations
  • Evaluate new components and prototypes, aiding in product introductions
  • Work closely with a diverse team of professionals
  • Continuously improve the performance of our technologies

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Physics (Ph.D. preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with electron microscopy techniques (SEM/TEM)
  • Experience in particle beam system development is a plus
  • Knowledge of (ultra-)high vacuum and/or high-voltage systems
  • Enthusiasm for tackling experimental and theoretical problems
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Innovative and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong initiative and organizational capabilities
