About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Leader to join our dynamic team at NVision Imaging Technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive financial excellence, providing insightful recommendations through in-depth analysis and forward-thinking projections.

You will oversee and execute all financial operations, from planning and reporting to tax and external accounting, ensuring precision and timeliness. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our ambitious growth goals and ensuring the financial stability of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage company cash flow, including forecasting and planning to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all local and international financial regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction, improving financial performance and efficiency.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.
  • Financial Systems and Process Optimization: Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures, ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.
About You
  • Education and Experience: Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
