YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking an innovative professional to assist our agile and diverse development team in the deployment of our Intelligent Service Delivery (ISD) Hub application to our rapidly expanding community of internal users and clients.
- You will develop strategies to onboard new user groups and train current users to maximize the benefits of our latest features.
- You will produce relevant rollout materials and facilitate enablement sessions.
- You will collaborate closely with colleagues in various roles, such as product managers and product owners, to gain insights into the latest features and relay user feedback to the development team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Outstanding university degree (bachelor's or master's)
- A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
- A creative mindset with a passion for developing new ideas and concepts
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- A collaborative spirit with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with basic proficiency in German
Experience in customer service delivery and the creation and editing of professional rollout materials, such as videos using tools like Camtasia and Audiate, is advantageous.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Global CoE Business Process Operations team is part of the Premium Hub CoE within Customer Services & Delivery. Our focus is on developing the Intelligent Service Delivery Hub application as a collaborative platform for customer service operations within the SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management. Currently, our application serves approximately 4000 internal users (with more to be onboarded this year) and over 7000 customers, contributing to a rapidly growing user community.
