Key Responsibilities
- Manage specialist projects independently within the realm of energy facility construction.
- Oversee work phases 1-6 HOAI, prepare structural calculations, and coordinate with technical stakeholders.
- Draft technical specifications during the tendering process.
- Engage with regulatory bodies, testing engineers, partner firms, power plants, and other internal departments.
- Evaluate technical proposals, participate in contract negotiations, and monitor planning outcomes.
- Provide specialist project management throughout all phases, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to conduct feasibility and economic studies as part of project development.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on structural engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design for general building projects, with relevant expertise in industrial or power plant construction.
- Proficient in using specialized software.
- Registration as a 'qualified structural engineer' or similar certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with building permit processes, construction management, safety regulations, and project management is desirable.
- Knowledge of HOAI and VOB regulations.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a structured, analytical, cost-effective, and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Excellent command of both German and English languages.
