Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store performance to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Assist the Business Manager in defining sales objectives for individuals and the team, ensuring clear communication with Retail Artists to meet business goals.
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service and experiences to inspire the team.
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members to uphold Charlotte Tilbury's standards in service and makeup expertise.
  • Enhance customer service opportunities beyond the retail environment and expand the customer database for targeted marketing.
  • Develop and implement individual and team growth plans, conducting regular evaluations to encourage feedback and coaching.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team atmosphere through regular meetings and a supportive leadership approach; recognize and celebrate achievements.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset by proposing initiatives, events, and strategies to drive business success.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and motivate team members to present their best selves.
