About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PPM/CPM/PS Lead/Senior Consultant to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the production industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic process and solution consulting to large industrial companies, focusing on the production industry.
  • Lead strategic S/4HANA Green- and Brownfield projects, including concept, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions based on SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM).
  • Take on project responsibility in the areas of PS, CPM, and PPM in national and international SAP projects.
  • Conduct pain point analyses and current process design.
  • Implement change management and coaching.
  • Support pre-sales and client relationship development.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions.
  • Develop prototypes.
  • Mentor trainees and junior consultants.
  • Travel up to 60% of the time, primarily within Europe but also globally.
Requirements
  • Excellent university degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as an SAP consultant or key user, with a focus on project business or related areas.
  • Ideal experience with modular, cross-functional integration.
  • First-hand experience as a project leader from SAP consultants or as a sub-project leader in large SAP projects is an advantage.
  • Independent and proactive working style, analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent communication skills at the team and departmental leadership level in multicultural environments.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments.
