Deine Rolle

Wir suchen einen motivierten Praktikanten (m/w/d), der unser globales Commercial Marketing Team im Bereich Lead Flow Management unterstützt. In dieser spannenden Rolle spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Dokumentation und Optimierung unserer Marketingprozesse und sammelst wertvolle Erfahrungen in einem multinationalen Unternehmen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prozessdokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst detaillierte Dokumentationen unserer Lead Flow Management Prozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Marketingrückläufer weltweit nach erfolgt und effizient in unser CRM-System eingegeben werden.
  • Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren: Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung neuer, effizienterer Workflows.
  • Überprüfung von Schulungsmaterialien: Du überprüfst und aktualisierst bestehende Schulungsmaterialien und entwickelst und implementierst eine Schulungsplattform auf SharePoint.
  • Erstellung neuer Schulungsmaterialien: Du entwickelst neue Schulungsmaterialien basierend auf deiner Analyse und Prozessdokumentation.
  • Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng in einem globalen Team von Marketingfachleuten und Betriebsspezialisten zusammen, um kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserungen zu implementieren und die Bearbeitungszeiten zu reduzieren.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Studienrichtung: Du bist in einem relevanten Studiengang wie Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich eingeschrieben.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du hast ein starkes Verständnis komplexer Prozesse und eine Affinität zur Prozessdokumentation und -optimierung.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Kenntnisse von CRM-Systemen und SharePoint sind von Vorteil.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du kannst Informationen klar und präzise dokumentieren und präsentieren.
  • Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest selbstständig und bringst eigene Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung ein.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
