Senior Product Manager for Induction Cooktops

- Act as the technical and product authority on downdraft induction cooktops.
- Identify and analyze the needs of European customers regarding cooking and installation, converting these insights into precise product specifications.
- Oversee product development tailored for the European market, coordinating efforts with global R&D and sales teams.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to market introduction, including design, development, testing, and manufacturing.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments in the cooktop sector to adapt product strategies proactively.
- Deliver regular updates on competitive analysis and collaborate with business teams to align product offerings.
- Conduct performance evaluations of products in accordance with local standards and customer requirements.
- Lead and facilitate compliance and certification initiatives for products.
- Assist in commercialization activities, including onboarding new clients, training sessions, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Engage actively in strategic planning for product and technology initiatives.
- Foster external R&D partnerships to investigate innovative product opportunities.
- Oversee the operations of the cooktop testing laboratory.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience.
- Over 7 years of technical expertise in the kitchen cooktop or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional and culturally diverse teams in a results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the EU regulatory landscape for kitchen appliances.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape in Europe.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% as required for business engagements.
