CRM Automation Specialist

Role Overview
As a CRM Automation Manager at Eurowings Digital GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer engagement strategies through innovative automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated and contemporary email templates and modules leveraging your expertise in HTML/CSS.
- Collaborate effectively with CRM specialists and external collaborators to convert content into impactful email and push marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the establishment of a cutting-edge CRM framework alongside your team by implementing comprehensive tracking systems.
- Manage multi-channel orchestration programs across various platforms, including email, push notifications, and SMS.
- Utilize your proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as Oracle Responsys, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.) to adopt and implement the latest features.
- Engage with data sources for mapping, list creation, and data consumption to enhance segmentation and personalization, while supporting new data integrations within the marketing ecosystem.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation.
- Proven experience with CRM and campaign management tools.
- Strong understanding of email campaign best practices, including subscriber management, deliverability, and compliance with regulations.
- Exceptional programming abilities in HTML and SQL; familiarity with Python or JavaScript is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in utilizing tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Exact Tag, or Adobe Analytics.
- Fluent in business English (minimum B2+); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
