Position Overview: We are in search of a Senior Engineer for Test Automation (m/f/d) to join our team in a permanent role, available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently develop test strategies and plans, along with detailed test case specifications.
  • Automate testing processes and mentor Junior Test Engineers throughout this journey.
  • Record outcomes in comprehensive test reports, error logs, and issue tracking systems.
  • Perform Smoke Tests to interact with our innovative products.
  • Propose enhancements to testing methodologies based on your findings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on matters concerning Functional Safety, ASPICE, and Cybersecurity.
Required Qualifications:
  • A completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, a completed technician qualification.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in testing (ISTQB certified), with foundational knowledge of Python, CAPL, or similar programming languages, and experience with bus systems such as LIN, CAN, or Ethernet.
  • Preferably possess knowledge in Functional Safety, ASPICE, and Cybersecurity.
  • A collaborative team player who is inquisitive, a quick learner, well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
