Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Lead Designer (m/w/d) für unser Team in Hamburg, Köln oder Gütersloh.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von User Journeys/User Experiences/User Interactions
  • Konzeption von komplexen webbasierten Anwendungen
  • Erhebung und Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Formulierung von Use Cases und User Stories
  • Ausarbeitung von Informationsarchitekturen
  • Gestaltung von Workflows und Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Wireframes, Interface Mockups sowie von Prototypen und interaktiven Click-Dummies
  • Dokumentation von Ergebnissen und Spezifikationen
  • Aktive Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams bei der technischen Umsetzung
  • Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des "UX Teams" im Bereich Digital Experience
  • Bewertung von Neuprojekten und -anfragen im Bereich UX sowie fachliche Pitch-Begleitung
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung UX-Design, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen User Experience Design, Informationsarchitektur und Usability
  • Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption von (mobilen) Webseiten, Portalen und Anwendungen
  • Sicherheit in der praktischen Anwendung von User Centered Design Prozessen
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen in den digitalen Medien
  • Kenntnisse in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD und Zeplin erforderlich, HTML5 und CSS3 von Vorteil, Erfahrungen mit CMS Systemen wünschenswert
