Position Overview: As the Sales Manager for the European region, you will lead a dynamic team of six professionals, collaborating with various high-performing teams to advance the frontiers of drone technology.

Your role will involve close cooperation with stakeholders from Marketing, Support, and Product Management to shape our long-term strategic vision and enable our partners to excel in the local drone market. By spearheading sales initiatives and enhancing your region, you will significantly influence the growth trajectory of Quantum-Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales network across Europe.
  • Engage in direct sales, manage key accounts, and conduct demonstrations/POC projects throughout the region.
  • Execute our sales strategy, taking full responsibility for revenue and results in your designated area.
  • Broaden your sales territory by nurturing existing relationships and securing new distribution partners.
  • Establish and sustain long-term collaborations with relevant user groups.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all sales inquiries from current customers, distributors, and potential clients in your area.
  • Continuously analyze the market and competitive landscape to enhance your sales strategies independently.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and other promotional activities (e.g., flight demonstrations with subsequent data analysis) in your region.
  • Maintain customer data and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on your sales performance and activities.
Qualifications:
  • A strong sales-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally with a relevant professional network.
  • A degree in Geodesy and/or Agriculture.
  • A communicative and committed team player with assertiveness and intercultural skills.
  • Exceptional conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and a high degree of self-organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
