This role offers a unique opportunity to coordinate consultancy delivery activities, manage transformation programs, and drive operational excellence and pathway optimization projects in the DACH region. As a Principal Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient care pathways, and optimize operations.

A Day in the Life

As a member of our EMEA Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultancy Community, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with strategic Hospital accounts to drive complex transformational change and implement innovative growth strategies.
• Influencing key stakeholders by developing well-articulated situation analyses, financial estimates, and business cases for change.
• Identifying, framing, and prioritizing initiatives to capture value and establishing a project roadmap to drive improvements and cost savings.
• Managing full end-to-end projects and performing day-to-day coaching and mentoring activities for the service delivery team.
• Preparing portfolio reviews of the partnership program with the steering committee to track status, progress, and measure economic value and customer satisfaction.
• Driving implementation, coaching, and developing local project or staff resources.
• Capturing learning and best practices and continuously enriching Medtronic's consulting toolbox.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in a relevant functional area.
• 4-6 years of experience as a consultant from a top-tier consulting firm or high-end healthcare consulting firm.
• Extensive experience in the healthcare environment and in dealing with hospitals' C-suite/Senior Management stakeholders.
• Demonstrable program management skills, including planning, coordinating, communicating, influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues, and managing risks.
• Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Native German and excellent English language skills (other language skills are a plus).
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to 70%).
