Internship - Digital Innovation & Process Optimization (m/f/d)

With extensive expertise in finance and accounting, you will collaborate with your team in the Accounting & Process Advisory sector to support our national and international clients. As a consultant and advisor, you will assist our clients with various issues in the accounting and reporting domain, including the transition from local accounting standards to international financial reporting standards or adapting to new accounting regulations.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to support us as a consultant in addressing diverse accounting-related challenges and wish to enhance your profile through practical experience, consider this internship opportunity with us for a minimum duration of 3-6 months:

  • You will provide advisory services to our clients in sectors such as Consumer & Industrial Markets, Information, Communication & Entertainment, Private Equity, and family-owned businesses.
  • Actively participate in the development of innovative organizational models for financial reporting.
  • Take charge of analyzing and optimizing financial processes.
  • Engage in corporate transactions, carve-outs, and IPOs to shape future organizational structures and processes.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of integrated internal and external reporting systems.
  • Utilize digital technologies such as ETL, RPA, BPM, BI, or Artificial Intelligence as part of your role.
Your Profile
  • You can undertake this internship in the field of Digital Innovation & Process Optimization with at least three completed semesters in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Your studies have focused on one of the following areas: Accounting, Controlling, Corporate Treasury, or similar.
  • A strong interest in finance-related processes/systems and an affinity for new technologies are essential.
  • You are proficient in both German and English and are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting to our clients.
