Resolve operational and business challenges by balancing customer needs with internal policies, striving for compromise to meet or exceed customer expectations. Ensure that operational and business issues within contracts have been reviewed and approved by relevant subject matter experts (e.g., Product Management, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.), senior management, and the Legal Department. Assist with various projects as needed.Desired Skills and Experience:
Fluency in both written and verbal communication is essential. Significant experience in contracts administration. A general understanding of standard contract provisions, such as liability, confidentiality, and indemnity, with the ability to educate Sales on these topics. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills related to drafting and modifying contractual documents. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in the drafting and review of contracts, including grammar and formatting. Strong customer service, administrative, and organizational skills. Ability to comprehend project requirements through communication with Sales or by reviewing contractual documents, including statements of work. Ability to interpret business specifications and operational needs and translate them into clearly articulated contractual documents; strong business acumen is essential. A strong work ethic and proactive attitude to complete assigned tasks within established timelines. Professional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial; the ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal and external business partners (e.g., Legal, Product Management, Sales, etc.) is essential. Willingness to learn new systems and software as required. Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and a general understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
