Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversion
  • Provide advice and content support to colleagues on communication and marketing initiatives
  • Conceive, implement, and manage organic and paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analyze and optimize our website to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Optimize search engine rankings through targeted SEO measures
  • Prepare and analyze marketing key figures to inform business decisions
  • Utilize AI and data-based tools to drive performance intelligence and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field of study
  • Significant professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in a company or agency
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies, particularly LinkedIn
  • Basic experience in website optimization and content management
  • Proven experience in SEO/SEA, ideally with knowledge of Matomo
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and teams
  • Very good command of written and spoken English and German
