  • Collect and interpret data from various People & Culture systems and resources, including HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, performance evaluation tools, employee feedback mechanisms, and industry benchmarks.
  • Analyze prevailing industry trends and insights within workforce data to illuminate areas such as hiring practices, talent development, workforce composition, attrition rates, performance indicators, and employee satisfaction, while proactively seeking avenues to enhance our analytical prowess.
  • Design and sustain essential People metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and pinpoint areas needing enhancement. Communicate findings and suggestions through engaging and informative data visualizations and presentations.
  • Offer data-informed insights to senior management and other key stakeholders to guide strategic choices concerning human resources and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture partners and other stakeholders to grasp business requirements and devise solutions that enrich the employee experience and propel organizational achievement.
  • Spearhead or engage in specialized projects and initiatives related to HR analytics, including predictive analytics, workforce strategy, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Guide and mentor junior members of the HR analytics team, nurturing a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Uphold compliance with applicable regulations and ethical standards when managing sensitive HR information, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.

Is this you?

  • Over four years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proven history of successful HR data initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Skilled in crafting and presenting data-driven narratives to various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python is advantageous.
