Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our financial advisors in their daily work with clients, preparing documents for meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support financial advisors in their daily work with clients, including preparing documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Process client documents and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or finance preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and financial management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
