Job Title: Quality Specialist - Batch Release Unit

Your Tasks:

  • You communicate with contract manufacturers regarding batch and sample documentation.
  • You create and check GMP-relevant documents, such as working instructions, test instructions, and specifications.
  • You check quality-related documentation of manufactured pharmaceuticals in contract manufacturing.
  • You conduct batch record reviews and support the qualified person in releasing pharmaceuticals.
  • You use the SAP system.

Your Profile:

  • You have a completed degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field.
  • You bring initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry and the implementation of quality systems and GMP compliance.
  • You are experienced in coordinating internal and external audits.
  • You have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • You communicate safely in German and English.
  • You work solution-oriented and have a high level of decision-making ability.
  • You bring the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
