The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Team Lead to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and developing strategic partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and lead account executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze sales results and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Manage sales metrics and performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

About You

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are a strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of the sales process and a ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
  • You are a natural leader, with a passion for developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • You are fluent in German and English, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
