Position Summary

  • Accountable for establishing fixed asset accounting for multiple entities in adherence to prevailing regulations as per HGB and IFRS standards.
  • Managing investment proposals and requests efficiently.
  • Engagement in investment strategy formulation and oversight.
  • Executing asset audits and inventories systematically.
  • Contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Involvement in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across various departments.
  • Acting as a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding asset-related inquiries.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration with substantial experience in accounting; further qualification as a Certified Accountant is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/HGB).
  • Expertise in SAP R/3 Module FI/CO and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a knack for process optimization and adaptability.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a strong sense of assertiveness.
