About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Dairy Products, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our dairy products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of product presentation and freshness in the dairy product section
  • Accurately price and stock dairy products, and implement national sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on dairy products
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor sales trends, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or relevant work experience in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
