About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Intersport Deutschland eG in Ekz Wust, Brandenburg an der Havel. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales in our sports retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and meet sales targets
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail environment; experience in the sports industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
