We're looking for a native German speaker with excellent English skills to support our Marketing Communications team on a part-time basis. If you have a passion for languages and marketing, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate a variety of text types from English to German, ensuring alignment with our brand's tone of voice and style guides.
- Optimize web copy, taking into account best practices for UX copywriting, including UI and feature text, user flows, FAQs, and more.
- Edit, localize, and create copy for the German-speaking markets.
- Perform competitor analysis and terminology research in German-speaking countries.
- Assist with social media and community management tasks.
Requirements
- German as a native language and English at business level.
- Relevant experience in copywriting and translations (English → German).
- Enthusiasm for the online market and a strong affinity for the internet.
- Ability to put yourself in the shoes of our users.
- An eye for detail, strong time management skills, and a structured way of working.
