Key Responsibilities- Directing the audit processes for financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Performing comprehensive evaluations of business models, operational processes, and financial outcomes, contributing to the scrutiny and enhancement of organizational structure.
- Leading and inspiring a team of 5 to 10 professionals, serving as the primary liaison for clients during audits.
- Conducting audits related to credit, custody, and securities operations, while providing insights on compliance matters.
- A minimum of several years’ experience in auditing financial statements for banks, asset management firms, or other financial service providers, with a strong understanding of HGB and IFRS.
- A degree in economics or a related field, ideally with a specialization in auditing, taxation, accounting, or finance.
- Completion of a CPA examination and prior experience in team leadership are advantageous.
- Demonstrated motivation, initiative, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
