Job Title: Onshore Installation Specialist Engineer

Nexans is a global leader in energy transition, and we are seeking a highly skilled Onshore Installation Specialist Engineer to join our team. As an Onshore Installation Specialist Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of onshore cables, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation of onshore cables, including planning, execution, and completion of the project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in onshore cable installation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
