**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Praktikum im Investment Banking I Global Markets I Contracts for Difference (CFD) (m/w/d). As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the development of new features and products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the functionality and trading of CFDs on our Société Générale CFD trading platform.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Trading, IT, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform management decisions.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors in the domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain an Intranet portal to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
  • Prepare sales presentations for internal and external use.
  • Establish and maintain a database of CFD and derivative products.

**Requirements**

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in capital markets and derivatives.
  • Knowledge of CFDs and derivatives is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in German and English.
  • Fundamental knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and VBA is a plus.
