Position Overview

The Video Marketing division is in search of a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication abilities, a fervor for video creation, and editing expertise to produce captivating video content that showcases our passion for pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Leadership: You will be responsible for overseeing a high volume of video projects, whether for social media or television commercials, ensuring a seamless production process.
  • Project Management: You will coordinate timelines, deadlines, and resources, aligning with both internal and external stakeholders. Your organized approach and thorough documentation will provide clarity throughout each project.
  • Effective Communication: You possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, utilizing industry-standard documentation tools to maintain transparency.
  • Creative Insight: In addition to your structured approach, you have a strong visual and creative mindset to guide our content creators.
  • Hands-On Support: You are capable of assisting the team with video recording and editing when necessary.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have several years of experience as a video producer, with agency experience being a significant advantage.
  • Be enthusiastic about managing and developing video productions across various marketing channels.
  • Appreciate streamlined processes and efficient workflows.
  • Be skilled in managing and briefing content creators, ensuring a structured work environment.
  • Be knowledgeable in video production techniques, including recording and editing.
  • Be located in Munich or the surrounding area to provide timely support for video shoots.
  • Be proficient in English, with proficiency in German being a plus.
  • Have experience in motion design, which is an added advantage.
